Nash Commercial is proud to have represented Cinema Vehicles in their lease acquisition of 14,400 sq. ft. on ±4.27 acres in the ever-expanding Metro Atlanta market.

This first-generation building came with terms that truly stood out:

- Lease rate 33% below comparable IOS properties

Market Adjustment or Looming Space Shortage?

The amount of industrial space under construction in the Metro Atlanta Market has hit a six-year low.

The Atlanta market industrial construction pipeline has dropped to 16.3 million square feet, the lowest figure since 2018. This comes after a record 29.4 million square feet of new buildings were completed in 2023.

Nash Commerical represented NL Holding with their latest 40,000 sq. ft. warehouse acquisition in Norcross, Ga. NL Holdings needed to occupy a new facility no later than January 1. We toured options and negotiated the lease in under 3 weeks. That’s lighting fast.
