Yalllll I been waiting to tell this beautiful story about this wonderful client of mine.
Yal this guy was a referral from an amazing friend of mine. I got intruduced to him August 21,2023 and we talked over the phone about his desire to buy a home but he had a lot of work to do and had no idea where to start. He didn’t have a job, his credit was ok, and he had a truck he needed to pay off, and really didn’t have a lot of savings.
Yal!! Let me tell you ! This guy did EVERYTHING I told him to do. Everything. We got him with a lender to pin exactly what he needed to fix on his credit, he found a great job where he was able to use his OFFER LETTER to get pre approved , he paid off his truck, and managed to save !! I was there every step of the way 💪🏽
On May 27,2024 we met in person at Waffle House to discuss progress and next steps. (Background- my client has NEVER had his name on anything. He’s in his 40s and never even had an apartment in his name so buying a home was a true big deal and goal and dream for him.) At Waffle House I showed him his pre approval letter and we both slick cried together. What a blessing. He stared at that letter for about 20 mins in disbelief that he is about to have the opportunity to own something🥳🥳🥳🥲🥲.
He was determined. He wasn’t approved for much and we knew finding him what he wanted was going to be a challenge but I told him that I’d be trust me, I promise we was gonna make it happen. We saw houses every week and on June 27th, he signed his first contract to buy a home !! Let’s gooooo 🔥🔥🔥🔥💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽🥳🥳🥳
