Fall is a good time to check the wood around your doors and windows in Alpharetta, Cu***ng, and Roswell.

Take a screwdriver to the bottom of your door jambs and window trim. If the wood feels soft or spongy, water has been getting in. These problems show up in about 34% of home inspections.
