When I am showing houses intown, one of my favorite lunch stops is always Mary Mac's! I am glad the final room, the Skyline Room, has now reopened following their storm damage roof cave-in. I was there on Sunday, and the food was just as good as it has been since the 1940s!

Today was closing day! My clients appreciated all the fine features and attention to detail in their new Bercher townhome in Marietta, including the site-finished real hardwood floors to the architectural panel to provide privacy for their patio. The views from their two levels of decks are GORGEOUS!

If you bought a primary residence in 2022 or any previous year and have not filed for your Homestead Exemption, be sure to do that before the end of March in order to realize significant tax savings. Call your county tax commissioner's office for further details. Once you file for Homestead Exemption, you never have to do it again as long as you continue living at the property as your primary residence.

I just read an article from the National Association of Realtors and found it interesting that first time buyers made up 31% of all home buyers in 2018, and 19% of all purchases were cash (no loan involved). HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

I held my fabulous Peachtree House condo listing open for Agent Caravan today. I sat there for three hours thinking how BEAUTIFUL it is! Who do you know for a 1-bedroom + den on the top floor (4th floor) of this great building on Peachtree near West Wesley, priced at $349,000? It has a covered balcony and comes with 1 garage space plus a separate storage cage in the hall.
