Today's World Architecture Day, and if you know us, you know we could talk about roofline pitch and window placement for way too long.

Every home starts as lines on paper. Somehow it becomes the place where somebody's whole life happens.

That's the part of this job we never get tired of.

Tag someone who geeks out over great design as much as we do.

Here's the thing nobody tells you before you buy a lot in Atlanta: what's under the ground can cost you more than what goes on top of it.

Red clay. Hidden slopes. Drainage nobody accounted for. Plans get expensive fast once excavation starts and nobody looked closely first.

That's exactly why we get involved before the shovel ever hits dirt. Grading, utilities, drainage, trees, all of it gets evaluated during pre-construction, not discovered halfway through your build.

Fewer surprises. Fewer change orders. A lot more peace of mind.

If you're eyeing a lot right now, what's the one thing you're most nervous about once construction actually starts?

Feel that? The light's different today.

Fall officially arrives this evening, and honestly, it's our favorite reminder of why we build the way we do.

Big windows that catch the low autumn sun. A fireplace that actually gets used. A porch made for slow mornings and cooler air.

We don't just design homes for photographs. We design them for the way you'll actually live in them, season after season.

What's the one spot in your home you can't wait to sit in once fall really settles in?

That gorgeous lot you found? It might be hiding something. 🔍

Clay soils. Rock. Drainage issues. Utility gaps. Across Metro Atlanta, hidden site conditions are the #1 reason build budgets blow up, and they're almost always discovered too late.

PBG's pre-construction process exists to find these things before they find you.

Imagine this. ☎️

You call a builder. They answer. A real person, not a form, not a chatbot, not a three-week wait. You describe the home you've been dreaming about for years. And instead of being handed a catalog of floor plans, someone actually listens.

That's how every PBG project starts.

From that first conversation through architectural design, pre-construction planning, onsite management, and the moment you walk through your finished front door, our team is with you at every single stage. That's what turnkey really means.

Founded by Ryan Locke and Tony Bondhus on the principles of Integrity, Honesty, and Quality, Principle Builders Group was built to be the builder you'd actually want to call.

Construction costs don't go backward. 🏗️

Every year you wait, you're paying more for the exact same home. The best time to build was yesterday. The second best time is today.

Principle Builders Group was founded on three things: Integrity, Honesty, and Quality. That means straight answers, realistic timelines, and a team that treats your project like it's their own.

The result? A finished home that exceeds what you imagined, and a relationship that lasts long after move-in day.
