So honored to be able to conduct Tour and Talks for interior designers and Emory design students at and each Spring and Fall season. I truly enjoy helping designers learn about how they can utilize both establishments in order to grow their design businesses and of course attend all the informational events and markets each place provides. What a September full of events from networking at a beautiful new kitchen showroom to collaboration marketing and attending the DeKalb Association of REALTORS expo for my 6th year to a fashion show at ADAC and doing our 6th tour and talk for designers with my good friend Lee Anne Culpepper and even squeezed in a home staging CE class on zoom! Whewh and that’s a wrap for September! 😍🍂🏡💃

Feeling blessed and appreciate the fact that I can collaborate with a small but mighty organization that gives back to the community. Thank you Furnish with Love for allowing me to donate monies from my CE classes and giving me the opportunity to decorate another home I think this is my 6th one for another loving family coming out of homelessness. This family was thrilled to see their new warm and cozy place to call home for a mom and 2 kids. What’s its like to do your 6th furnish with love project?
ME: Rewarding! To be able to volunteer and work with a small but mighty organization like FWL that is helping families coming out of homelessness start fresh. I enjoy decorating a place for a mom or dad with kids to call home and make it their own. It’s all about family which is so important.

What inspired you for this years design project?
ME: The mom showed me an AI pic of a room with warm earthy tones and her son wanted a pop culture teenage vibe while her daughter asked for pretty in pink and she loves to write in journals. Check out the after pics because I love to go all out on the theme or style they want plus some extras. And you know me it’s all about the art to bring it all together. And I always enjoy doing a gallery wall in every home as photos of family are keepsakes to remember - positive vibes for these families coming out of stressful times that want to move forward.

What’s your fave part of doing this project every year?
ME: The big reveal! It’s like an hgtv show we start at 10am and have to be done no later than 4pm. I love the excitement of it and how volunteers are making a shelving unit in one room and others are hanging drapery and then setting the dining table and trying to tidy up and vacuum before the family arrives plus I have my photog come take pics. It somehow all comes together at the end and looks pic perfect. And of course the family typically mom breaks down and is crying happy tears and the kids are thrilled to have a real bed to sleep on and be able to have a desk for homework and mom can close the curtains and feel safe in a cozy and comfortable environment. Giving back to the community like this words just can describe how good it feels that I can make a difference in someone’s lives.😍

Another beautiful home staged in Cu***ng this year. My luxury home stager Elizabeth and My crew went all about on the staging details for this home. I even pitched in to stage this new construction custom build myself. My fave room was the loft with lounging white couches pops of color in pillows and contemporary art and the game table with playing cards and puzzles as family rooms are now becoming a place to play your next mahjong game. Thats the power of home staging - well done! 🤩🚛🏡👟👟

Who doesn’t love a fab art museum on the river inside 2 unique buildings one a sleek modern steel and glass building and the other a classic 1905 revival mansion named after Coca-Cola bottling heir George Hunter. Put this one on your must visit list in Chattanooga TN. What a mix of works of American art from exclusive pieces one of a George Washington portrait to first time on display sketches by Salvatore Dali to my fav exhibit by Saya Woolfalk that was a colorful wonderland and played around inside this exclusive exhibit. Check out these fun snaps and videos I took. This museum was full of design inspiration and loved how you can interact with the exhibits and how they mixed realism with modern pieces full of color. So fun!

Weekends are for exploring and I had never been to the Rock City gardens and so had to go explore Rock City myself. A great way to connect with nature and be inspired. I loved walking the rock formations and going inside the caverns and seeing 7 southern states from lookout mountain was my fave. I would def recommend to see these beautiful gardens all lit up at night and making note to come back. So fun! 😎🍂🦅🛘

Atlanta agents got the latest paint colors that sell a home, learned about paint sheens and got to hear about all the best paint products and apps in the beautiful Sherwin-Williams showroom at AmericasMart! I always enjoy teaching my paint CE class cause we get to pull paint samples and I share all my expert paint stats, tips, do’s and dont’s and before and afters so agents feel comfortable and knowledgeable when it comes to recommending paint to their clients in order to get their listings in more marketable condition to sell faster! Thats the power of paint!🏡🫟😉👍

What a fab end of summer event by ADAC | ANDMORE in Buckhead at The Carlysle. I was so excited to attend the To Live and Design preview night which entailed an evening of cocktails and being inspired by beautifully decorated tablescapes by some of Atlantas top interior designers. Each designer picked trending paint colors from the Sherwin-Williams 2027 ReWild colormix collection and there was a theme happening at these tables. From warm brown to lush greens and burgundy and creams - these colors were HOT! Such a fun evening of design inspiration and kudos to all the designers who participated and always enjoy supporting our fellow home and design industry vendors. 💃🏡🎨🍽️🍷

As summer turns into fall, I’m excited to get back out into the Atlanta social scene and support our local businesses, connect with more real estate agents, interior designers and pursue more collaboration with home related vendors. Thanks The First Burn Fine Fragrance Co. for the invite to come out to your sip and sniff event up in Cu***ng to vote for your fall 2026 candle collection to come out soon. Enjoyed sniffing away lol and chatting with everyone and had to purchase your RIO candle and great to see my friend A Bag Concept | Washable Handbags being a part of the event as well - we love the spirit of collaboration and of course got another cute bag to show off to my friends this weekend!
