Understand the lease! It’s imperative to have an agent that understands lease verbiage, commercial jargon, and one who is familiar with local laws laws and tenant rights. The last thing you want is to be locked in a lease with unclear terms and an unhealthy landlord/tenant relationship.

Unless it’s a cocktail boomerang, I never feel like what I’m doing is anyone’s business 😂🤷🏾‍♀️ but I told myself that I would do better at sharing my personal & professional experiences so here we go!!

So I really have been thinking about what sets me apart as an agent and I figured it out! I’m never tired of learning. I’m not after designations so that I can throw them out in meaningless conversations. I seek in depth training so that I can better service people by actually knowing what I’m talking about…simple as that. Coming from a background in Property Management, commercial real estate was always my initial interest. Financial, market, and investment analysis, that’s my thing. And there’s not too many people who look like me that are doing it, so here I am.
