What a night. ❤️🎶🍻

Because of an incredible community of supporters, artists, musicians, sponsors, volunteers, and guests, Harmony & Hops raised $3,000 for The Festival Singers of Atlanta!

For a community arts organization, that's not just a number—it's another season of music, another season of creating art together, and another season of bringing people together through the power of song.

Thank you to everyone who attended, purchased tickets, donated auction items, placed bids, volunteered, or simply helped spread the word. A special thank you to Mike Sanfratello and Midwife Crisis for an unforgettable performance; the members of The Festival Singers of Atlanta, especially our Artistic Director, Keith Walker, LuAlice Waite and Will Mathews; Wild Heaven Beer Garden for hosting us; and Al's Pine Street Market for the wonderful food.

We are also deeply grateful to our generous auction donors—Victoria R. Better late than never, right? 😄

Yesterday was 5/4… which means I meant to be very clever and timely with a Dave Brubeck “Take Five” reference and a “May the Fourth be with you” moment. Instead, you’re getting it on May 5th. Real estate agents… always keeping you on your toes.

But honestly, it fits.

The Atlanta market right now feels a lot like that 5/4 rhythm. Not chaotic, not slow, just a little different. Inventory is improving, buyers are adjusting, and strategy matters more than ever. The homes that are prepared and priced well are still getting great results. I’ve seen it firsthand with two recent sales at 1514 Howell Highlands and Four Winds.

Also, this month’s newsletter might be worth a read for one unexpected reason alone: it features a turkey confidently using a crosswalk in Staten Island. There’s a life lesson in there somewhere.

Cue the confetti… this one is officially CLOSED 🎉
1514 Howell Highlands was one of those homes that just felt special the second you walked in. From the four-sided brick exterior and double iron doors to the Wolf range that basically dares you to become a better cook… it had all the right ingredients.
But what really made this one stand out?
The people. Always the people.
We navigated showings, strategy, and negotiations with one goal in mind: getting to the closing table with everyone smiling. And we did just that.
