I am proud to announce that, after almost ten years and close to a billion dollars in development, Haven will be embarking on a new challenge as we merge with Landmark Properties. Although it is bittersweet to say goodbye to Haven, I am excited about this new chapter and I am looking forward to joining such a successful and well respected organization. Landmark’s growth has been incredible and we look forward to playing a part in their continued success going forward. With that in mind, we are honored to be the foundational development team for the newly created Landmark Multifamily division and I am excited to be leading that effort. As for Haven, I want to thank everyone that played a part in our success through the years. Successful companies are a product of their people and we had the best.
