SOLD! It will take some polishing, but this lil’ house is a diamond in the rough! Glad that a great buyer found it and will put in the elbow grease to make it sparkle.

It would have been easy to sell this quickly as we received dozens of offers, but they were from people who didn’t recognize the value that this particular lot on this particular street, imparted to this home. The new owner and his agent did recognize it and, acting quickly, made a great offer to secure it after the original buyer failed to close (and lost his $5000 in earnest money to my seller, after I showed that his “loan denial“ letter was a fake. Ha!)
