💜 I love this woman! I listed her condo the first time in 2024. We were under contract and all set to close, found her a new place closer to her grandchildren and were under contract on that one simultaneously!

Imagine our chagrin when the buyer for her condo walked the day before closing! Both transactions were cancelled!

Emotionally drained, she did not re-list right away and we went back to market in fall of 2025. We procured a buyer who was thrilled to find such a cute place and closed in 2026.

This industry is not for the faint of heart; not only for real estate professionals, but buyers and sellers, too!
