🔥 DAY 2 at eXpCon 2026 in Salt Lake City! 🏔️

Still climbing! 🧗‍♀️ Day 2 was packed with great speakers and real conversations about AI, systems, and market trends, and about what it takes to serve clients at a higher level in a changing market. 🎤

🎮 One of the fun moments was the eXpCon Agent Games "Fact or Fiction" round. A few facts that make me proud to be part of this company:

✅ For the 3rd year running, eXp led every brokerage in the nation in transaction sides
✅ $1 BILLION in closed sales from Revenos-generated leads
✅ FastCAP participants averaged 6.9 appointments and 3.9 signed agreements in just 6 weeks
✅ eXtend-a-Hand helped 180 eXp families in 2025 ❤️
✅ Agents can access Regus workspaces around the world
✅ It all started in 2009 with 24 founding agents in Bellingham, WA
💡 My biggest takeaway: AI and systems don't replace relationships. They give us more time for them.
🤝 Add in incredible networking with agents from all over, and an unforgettable evening at the Gala for eXp Luxury agents. ✨🥂

One more day to go, and I'm bringing all of it home to my clients and my team in Atlanta! 🍑

What's one tool or system that has changed the way you work this year? 👇

Fall offers an opportunity to give your home’s exterior a seasonal refresh without losing the character that makes it distinctive.

I recommend starting with the elements that naturally frame the entrance. Fresh landscaping, seasonal planters, a thoughtfully chosen wreath, clean pathways, and warm exterior lighting can create a welcoming arrival while still allowing the architecture to remain the focus.

For homeowners preparing to sell, restrained seasonal touches can also help the property feel current and cared for without distracting buyers from the home itself.

The goal is not to decorate every available surface. It is to create an entrance that feels intentional from the street to the front door.

Thinking about selling this fall? Let’s discuss how thoughtful presentation can help your home make a memorable seasonal impression.

Listing photos can introduce you to a property, but walking through it tells a much fuller story.

During a showing, I encourage buyers to notice how the natural light changes from room to room, whether the floor plan feels intuitive, how carefully the property has been maintained, and whether the spaces complement their everyday routines.

Then look closer. Open the closets. Notice the finishes. Step outside. Listen to the surroundings. Consider the transition between indoor and outdoor spaces.

A showing is not simply about deciding whether a home photographs beautifully. It is about understanding how it feels to be there.

Save this Reel for your next property tour, and when you are ready for a more considered home search, let’s begin.

The line between indoor and outdoor living continues to soften, and some of the most inviting homes make the transition feel almost effortless.

A covered patio can become an outdoor living room. A dining area can turn evenings at home into an occasion. Thoughtful lighting can extend the use of a backyard well beyond sunset, while landscaping and shade can create privacy and comfort.

Rather than treating outdoor space as separate from the home, consider how the two environments connect through materials, sight lines, doors, windows, and everyday movement.

I always notice when a property makes its outdoor areas feel like a genuine part of the living experience.

Looking for a home with room to enjoy life outdoors? Let’s find a setting that feels just as inviting outside as it does in.

Sometimes a home checks every box on paper, yet another property simply feels better when you walk through the door.

That feeling often comes down to elements that are difficult to capture on a listing sheet. Natural light, ceiling height, room proportions, sight lines, privacy, and the way one space transitions into another all influence how comfortably a home lives.
During a showing, I encourage buyers to slow down and experience the property rather than focusing only on individual features. Imagine an ordinary morning, an evening at home, or having friends over for dinner.

The right home should complement your routines, not compete with them.

Ready to experience what is available beyond the listing photos? Let’s curate a home search around the way you actually want to live.

Sometimes, a little getaway is exactly what we need 🗽❤️

This weekend, I escaped to New York City for a much-needed change of scenery — and what a weekend it was!

I had the pleasure of traveling with a dear friend of mine, Sofia Dereh ❤️, and she made this trip even more fun, joyful, and memorable. There’s something special about exploring a city together, laughing at the little things, discovering new places, and creating those great, unforgettable memories that stay with you long after the trip is over. 🥂

We packed SO much into these 3 days! We walked across the Brooklyn Bridge, explored Brooklyn and Chelsea, visited the 9/11 Memorial & Reflecting Pools, and took a ferry to see the Statue of Liberty 🗽 while enjoying incredible views of the Manhattan skyline, Brooklyn waterfront, and NYC from the water. ⛴️🌆

And of course, there was a Broadway show 🎭, delicious food 🍽️, the bright lights and energy of Times Square, and a beautiful walk through Central Park. 🌳

Basically… we walked, explored, ate, laughed, took pictures, walked some more, and repeated! 😂👟

At this point, my feet are officially requesting a foot massage and a vacation of their own!

But honestly, I’m so happy. ❤️ These short getaways are SO needed sometimes — stepping away from the everyday routine, exploring somewhere beautiful, enjoying good food and great company, experiencing something new, and simply being present in the moment.

Tired feet. Full heart. Happy soul.

Thank you, Sofia, for making this NYC adventure so much more fun and for creating such wonderful memories together! ✈️🌎

Life is too short not to take the trip, see the sights, laugh a lot, pause to appreciate the meaningful moments, and make memories with people who make the journey even better. ❤️🙏

The most memorable interiors are not always the ones following every trend. Often, they are the spaces that reveal something about the people who live there.

Natural materials, meaningful artwork, collected pieces, interesting textures, and thoughtful architectural details can give a room depth without making it feel overly styled. Current design is increasingly embracing personality, craftsmanship, and spaces that feel genuinely lived in rather than perfectly uniform.

I believe a home should have room to evolve. The pieces collected over time can be just as important as the ones chosen during a redesign.

Save this post for your next property search, and send me a message when you’re ready to explore your options.

October has a way of making home feel a little more important. As the season shifts, even subtle changes can create an atmosphere that feels warmer, more inviting, and ready for the months ahead.

I like to begin with elements that are easy to layer into an existing space. Richer textures, warmer lighting, natural materials, seasonal greenery, and deeper neutral tones can introduce fall without completely redesigning a room.

The most successful seasonal updates complement the character of the home rather than compete with it. A few thoughtful details can be enough to change the entire mood.

What detail immediately gets your attention? Tell us in the comments.
