A thoughtful welcome looks different for every resident.

When a new resident at Gables at the Terrace needed additional assistance during move-in due to a temporary vision impairment, Alonda adapted the process with patience and care.

She read the required paperwork aloud, assisted with vehicle registration and payment, walked the resident to her car and offered continued support while she settled into her new home.

Thank you, Alonda, for recognizing what was needed and making sure a new neighbor felt supported from the very beginning.

Mission accomplished at Cirrus Apartments. 🚀🪶

When a resident discovered a lost cockatiel on a fourth-floor balcony, our General Manager and Service Manager carefully brought the unexpected visitor to safety. The Cirrus team and residents then rallied local pet groups and neighboring communities to help locate the owner.

With no immediate match, our General Manager made sure the bird had a safe place to stay overnight. By the next morning, home base had been located, and the little traveler was reunited with a very relieved owner.

Thank you to the Cirrus crew and everyone who helped see this rescue mission through!

Progress is taking shape at Gables Cypress Creek.

Construction continues on our future lake-centered community in Fort Lauderdale’s Urban Uptown Village. Plans include a resort-style saline pool with cabanas, a putting green, dog park, lakeside firepit, walking trail and inviting indoor-outdoor amenity spaces centered around the community’s 2.2-acre lake.

After leaving home, a resident at Park 5940 MD realized that their stove had accidentally been left on. They immediately contacted the leasing office, where the General Manager and the maintenance team responded quickly, checked the apartment and safely turned it off.

Pet rescue mission complete at Gables at the Terrace! 🐾

When Lou the cat went missing, his owner reached out to the office for help. After the team contacted the community, another resident called to say they had spotted him nearby. Sales Associate Joseph headed straight to the area, scooped Lou up, and brought him safely home.

Thank you to the resident who helped spot Lou and to Joseph for jumping into action! Moments like this are what caring for our communities is all about.
