When a former Gables Republic Square resident chose to return, our team remembered one of his favorite treats: the Hot Tamales kept in the leasing office. To welcome him home, they included a personalized jar in his move-in gift.

“Her positive, can-do attitude really set her apart and helped make Gables a special community. She made the resident experience at Gables truly seamless.”

A former Gables Seaport resident recently shared these kind words about Sales Professional Rodas, recognizing her for being “incredibly helpful and pleasant” from the initial tour through move-out.

The resident also thanked Zack at the concierge desk for being “incredibly helpful, professional, and proactive” while assisting with work orders, scheduled maintenance, packages, and move-out needs.

A thoughtful welcome looks different for every resident.

When a new resident at Gables at the Terrace needed additional assistance during move-in due to a temporary vision impairment, Alonda adapted the process with patience and care.

She read the required paperwork aloud, assisted with vehicle registration and payment, walked the resident to her car and offered continued support while she settled into her new home.

Thank you, Alonda, for recognizing what was needed and making sure a new neighbor felt supported from the very beginning.
