I knew this HOME wouldn't be available long and less than a month after listing, it is now officially sold!

This one really highlights the importance of preparing to sell a home in this market. There are many properties that have been sitting on the market for months, but we really put an emphasis on preparation and pricing with this HOME and ended up getting multiple offers over asking price as soon as it hit the market. This one was special! After 37 years in the same home, Linda made the move to be closer to her grand babies and family. If you have made a move like this, you know all of the emotions that go into the process. There’s nothing I enjoy more than getting out on my bike and exploring on our incredible trails, especially the AlphaLoop and Greenway. It’s one of the many reasons I love living in Alpharetta!

As we all spend more time outdoors, it’s a great reminder that bike safety starts with the basics - and one of the easiest ways to protect yourself is by wearing a helmet. Plus, it is a law that all children under the age of 16 riding a bicycle to wear a properly fitted and fastened helmet.

Personally, my helmet saved me from tragedy when I was riding and someone opened their car door at the exact wrong moment when I was passing by. It happened so fast and there was nothing I could do to avoid it. So whether you’re riding around the neighborhood, commuting, or enjoying a family ride, helmets can make a life-saving difference.

Let’s all do our part to make our trails, streets, and neighborhoods safer for everyone. Wishing you many happy, healthy miles ahead!
