This one was truly worth the wait! 🏡

My buyer and I searched on and off for about six months, and he kept coming back to this same floor plan. He knew what he wanted! Once we connected with a lender who offered a great VA loan product, we got him qualified and went under contract on new construction back in March.

Then came the curveballs. ⚾ First, the builder was delayed in getting the permit. Then, right before closing, the VA rolled out a new computer system that created a backlog. But we hung in there, stayed patient, and kept pushing forward.
