Shifts and changes are an essential part of both our personal journeys and the evolution of our businesses.
For the last year, I've been consdering a shift in our business. I've been offered a few nice 7 figure checks for the keys. I've considered merging with other companies. None of the avenues I saw aligned with WHO Village is. All of them wanted to change our culture and I could tell that our agents would just wither into a number.
Then I jumped on a call with Sharran Srivatsaa, the President of ΓEA⅃. Sharran and I have shared many stages' over the past 8 years. His brillance still amazes me at times.
In our discussions, I was struck by the alignment between our mottos and missions. At Village, we emphasize being nice, dreaming big, working hard, playing hard, and paying it forward. ΓEA⅃ mirrors this commitment with their motto- Work Hard and Be Kind. This synergy is not just in words but in actions; both companies uphold integrity as a cornerstone—if someone steps outside this value, they no longer share in our journey.
Under every stone, I found ALIGNMENT. This alignment stretched far beyond the depths that we could reach right now. It was as if I was looking at VPC in 10 years, but RIGHT NOW.
So in this shift, we've decided to shrink down that 10 year timeline. We are now A Real Village! Yes Village has joined ΓEA⅃
Our decision to join Real is more than a partnership—it's a fusion of futures, a shared vision that accelerates our goals and expands our horizons. Now, as part of Real's private label, Village has already expanded its pressence. Proudly waving our flag, not just in our hometown but across the United States, from Texas to New York, Alabama, Tennessee, and California. Our reach for representation now spans in all 50 states and 4 provinces in Canada.
📌Our Systems have been upgraded to the latest technology.
📌The training is beyond high level. The names we see grace the Iman stage are now on demand and just a phone call away for everyone. Ihave even found myself in the
training rabbit hole up to crazy hours of the
night. I'm beyond IMPRESSED
🤯The access is INSANE!
📌The revenue share, that make sense, keeps you focused on the person next to you while being handsomely rewarded (highest in
the business)
📌The stock. ..but the most important part, YOUR VOICE. In a company with 18,000 agents, my voice has already been heard from the top and changes were made. You would think
vith me being so new to the campany and with so many agents already there, I would be just another number. That has not
happened.
📌The opportunities for our agents have multiplied, with access to incredible resources and a revenue share that truly rewards community and cooperation.
We are on an exhilarating path, one that promises growth, learning, and an invigorated sense of purpose. I am incredibly proud of our team for embracing this new chapter with such enthusiasm and
commitment. It's time to step forward into this expanded arena with energy and excitement. Let's embrace this incredible
journey together!
