We put the home back on the market and received multiple offers. The seller chose an offer that did not have the highest dollar amount but the offer which aligned with his terms.

Buyers you never know what is a seller’s motivation when deciding on an offer.

Sellers should use transparency when pricing your homes:

1. Know the payoff amount for the current mortgage.
2. Know if you have any liens.
3. Know your profit margin.

Help your real estate professional to help you!!!

Sellers it’s perfectly fine to put your home back on the market if you’re not receiving the profit you desire. Exercise patience and don’t be afraid to terminate a deal if it’s no beneficial to your bottom line.

Buyers having to put in multiple offers before going under contract.
