Two of my three start school today. The oldest doesn’t go back for a few weeks.
Post your kids back to school pics in the comments and I’ll send you a free 5x7 for framing!

Why might a closing get delayed?

Heart attacks in real estate.
I just got a “Congratulations on your contract” email from an attorney for a property that is not under contract.
I was truly questioning whether somehow I’d had my clients sign a contract without realizing it. (I did not.)

Agent compensation is negotiable.

Does that mean I’ll reduce my fee?
It does not. You get what you pay for and I promise I am worth every penny. 😉

But it does mean that someone, somewhere, will do it cheaper, and I will always be honest with you about that.

A lot of interesting pieces to this one! My client is a former real estate agent and her son is an agent in another state who referred her to me. (Sidenote: did you know that I can help you buy or sell anywhere? If you need an agent outside of Georgia, call me first. I will refer you to an agent you can trust!)
These sellers did absolutely everything right to get their house ready, and we had a great offer in days! We closed yesterday and this house is getting a new family and a facelift 💙
