We are excited to share these incredible progress photos taken today from the Lotus Grove construction site! What has been a long-anticipated redevelopment, mixed-use project, has now been officially under construction for a little over a month. We are pleased to be working with SouthWorks on this exciting project and look forward to watching our new live-work-play development come to life in Doraville, Georgia!

Lotus Grove is excited to announce the groundbreaking of our new live-work-play mixed-use development located on Buford Hwy. just north of I-285 in Doraville, Georgia.

SouthWorks has been awarded the development of the project. SouthWorks began the site work and will follow up with construction of the development. We are grateful and excited to be working with SouthWorks on this exciting project.

What once was an old Kmart building, will now be turned into an urban-style development featuring restaurants, a food hall, office space, as well as a hotel. In addition, there will be a multifamily phase in the development.
