Michael serves on the Board of Directors of the Madison–Morgan Conservancy in Madison, Georgia, and is an active member of the Georgia Trust, which seeks to preserve Georgia’s unique historical properties. He currently maintains homes in Madison, Georgia, and Cashiers, North Carolina, where he is also a Broker with Highlands Sotheby’s International Realty. Michael’s passions include modern and historic architecture, southern history, literature, food, and art. Jeffrey Hagy joined Michael’s team in 2015. in Urban Planning from Hunter College in New York City, where he cultivated his love of historic architecture and considerable architectural knowledge with the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission. Following his tenure with Landmarks, Jeffrey earned his J.D. at Georgia State University College of Law in Atlanta, with a concentration in Land Use and Environmental Law and Property Law including residential and commercial real estate transactions. Jeffrey also divides his time between Madison and Cashiers, and enjoys collecting automobiles, photography, and travel. Operating as The Michael Redwine Group at both Atlanta Fine Homes and Highlands Sotheby’s International Realty, Michael and Jeffrey specialize in unique mountain and estate properties and historically- and architecturally-significant homes. Michael and Jeffrey have also been instrumental in assisting the Madison-Morgan Conservancy and the Georgia Trust in marketing historic homes to preservation-minded buyers.
