A BIG congratulations to two of my best friends, Star & Bernard, on closing on their beautiful NEW CONSTRUCTION HOME! 🏡🔑🥂
This one is really special to me. ❤️
I’ve been friends with Star since we were 13 years old… 25 YEARS! 😩😂 And I’ve known Bernard for 20 years. So after all these years, the fact that you two trusted me to help guide you and your family through such a huge milestone genuinely means more than I can say.
Now Bernard… 😂 this man was definitely one of those people who wasn’t convinced Realtors actually did anything. LOL. So I especially appreciate him giving me the chance to show him just how much value the right Realtor can bring to the table.
And I’d say we did alright considering they walked into their brand-new home AND got money back at the closing table. 🙌🏾💰😂
But truly, this was so much bigger than a transaction for me. Watching people I’ve grown up with step into this next chapter with their family, and getting to play even a small part in making it happen, is something I’ll always appreciate.
I’m so happy for you guys and so excited for all the memories that are about to be made in this home. ❤️
Here’s to more memories and naturally… a whole lot more game nights at YOUR house now. 😂🥂🏡
