Congrats to Marietta OB-GYN Affiliates, who just purchased this new two-story medical office building in East Cobb!

Sam Farmer and Jeff Fortner helped their client purchase 18,473 square feet at Olde Mill Professional Park, located at 3020 Roswell Rd. Following an exhaustive market survey of East Cobb, Sam and Jeff were able to source an off-market acquisition opportunity that perfectly aligned with Marietta OB-GYN’s strategic goals. The recently-updated building caters to dental and medical professionals, and the buyer will be building out an additional ±5,000 SF in addition to further improvements.

Sam and Jeff will be leasing several remaining suites in the building, with sizes ranging from ±2,000 to 4,000 square feet.
