This was, without a doubt, the most challenging transaction of my career. What started as a multiple-offer situation quickly turned into a journey through probate court, delays, and uncertainty…. but we never gave up.

It can lower your property taxes and, in many cases, your monthly mortgage too. Once approved, it usually renews automatically each year!
