RealtorRob ATL Whether you are buying, selling or investing - RealtorRob has got your real estate goals wrapped in service EXCELLENCE with equal parts trust! Contact me today!

Buying or selling a home is a process that requires personalized, timely support. When I became a REALTOR®, I wanted to put my clients first and see them succeed. I believe it’s my life’s work to pair buyers with their dream home in the Metro Atlanta area and to maximize my seller's return of investment. My passionate promise doesn’t end on closing day -- beyond every sale, I give back to underprivileged kids in the area with my charity Sold4Soles. The mission is simple: sell a home, and let a child in need pick any pair of shoes they want. A partnership with RealtorRob is more than a transaction -- it’s an investment in Atlanta and a step toward a happier future.

🚨 ATLANTA BUYERS… THIS ONE IS DIFFERENT‼️🏡

A walkable, mod-lux townhouse… with a 2-CAR GARAGE (yes, really 😏) and NO rental restrictions 👀 In a market where compromises are the norm—this one doesn’t play by those rules.

📍 1 block to Main Street Hapeville
✈️ Minutes to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport
🎬 Near Tyler Perry Studios + major production hubs
🏢 Close to Delta Air Lines + Porsche Cars North America

Live here.
Rent it.
Crash pad it.
Leverage it.

This is the kind of property people wish they bought 2 years ago. And the ones who get it… won’t wait.

DM me “HAPEVILLE” for details before it’s gone.

Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it. 🙏

2025 was widely cited as one of the most challenging years in real estate history. Between inventory lock-ins and the toughest affordability index we’ve seen in decades, the “standard” way of doing business just didn’t work anymore.

The 2025 Reality Check:

• 80% of agents struggled to find a single closing.
• First-time buyers were pushed to a record-low 21% of the market.

Against those odds, your trust allowed me to globally rank in the Top 7% of the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society. 💎

This award belongs to my clients. Thank you for choosing me to navigate these choppy waters with you. Whether we were fighting for a win as a seller in Atlanta or bravely navigating complex financing as a buyer, your “yes” is what made this another year of outstanding success.

Cheers to 2026 and more wins together! 🥂
