Allow me to reintroduce myself - Greetings! We are the Mincey Homes Team brokered by EXP Realty LLC. We are all licensed Georgia REALTORS® helping people with their real estate needs. Each of us have a strong background in service that we bring with us to every endeavor.

Adam Mincey is the Team Lead and namesake of our team. He was licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in 2013. Since then, he’s helped countless, friends, family, and others buy and sell homes. Not to mention, Adam has been a 3x Icon Award winner and consistently in the Top 5% of Atlanta REALTORS® in both Sales Volume and Homes Sold.

Emily Gregg joined the team in October 2020 as administrative support and became licensed in January 2021. She now handles all Operations, as well as takes on buyer and seller clients of her own.

Gracie Kugler is the most recent addition to the team, joining in early 2021. She became licensed in April 2021 and has become a real estate go-to for her far reaching sphere of influence.

If walls could talk! Check out the speak easy in the basement of this sick home our clients closed on today!

Congrats 🍾to our latest buyer’s who scored this Mozley Park and were able to negotiate (because of a high appraisal) a privacy fence and new stairs to be built before they moved in! It’s not all horror stories for buyers right now and boy do those small victories fell sooo freakin good right now!

Big thanks to Black Dog construction group and the Raw Group for being amazing to work with and going above and beyond to make it happen..love working with good people on the other side!
