Heads in beds is typically the name of the game when it comes to Airbnb’s. The more people you can sleep, the higher nightly rate you can charge.👫👫👫👫
But sometimes, having such a large house can be a downside when demand drops, especially during the middle of the week.📉
So instead of allowing it to sit empty, we choose to only rent a portion of the home, which allows us to serve smaller groups and still make a profit!📈
All this is done by a few small operational tweaks and smart k**b locks!🔐
