Maddie is a homeowner!!! 🤩

So happy I got to help a sweet friend of mine buy her very first condo!! And she walked into homeownership with a SWEET deal 🙌🏼 The appraisal came in $36K below our agreed purchase price, and we were able to get the seller to reduce the price by the full $36K! After everything was said and done, the seller actually had to bring nearly $40K to the closing table 😅

AND as if that wasn’t enough… she got a pretty awesome surprise with TWO e-bikes and a massive flat screen TV included with her purchase!

So proud of you, Maddie!! Cheers to being a homeowner, starting off with some serious savings, new bikes, and making your new place HOME 🥂🤍

CLOSED | 1429 Venetian Drive 🔑

This one was anything but a typical closing!

When my client found this home, it was a foreclosed property that had been boarded up and was missing several major components. Getting financing on a home in this condition was NOT easy, but he saw past all of that and saw an opportunity to create a home for his parents and siblings 🥺

There were plenty of hurdles along the way, but we refused to give up. HUGE shoutout to my girl Emily at Ameris Bank for pulling through and helping us make the impossible possible! 🙌🏼

Now my client gets to turn what was once a boarded-up foreclosure into a home for his family ❤️

Sometimes the home-buying journey doesn’t go exactly how you pictured it, but it leads you exactly where you’re supposed to be 🤍

Abby’s journey to homeownership has been almost 3 years in the making. I had the opportunity to help her and her partner at the time continue their search after she originally worked with another Realtor.

Life changed, plans changed, and Abby reached back out to me. But this time, ready to find a home just for HER. 🥹

When I found this house, it was a little above the budget we originally discussed, and I may have pushed her outside her comfort zone just a little 🤏🏼 But after negotiating an amazing deal and getting my preferred lender involved, the numbers made sense and everything fell into place.

Now, after almost 3 years of searching, Abby officially has the keys to her very first home, all on her own! 🔑

Some transactions just hit a little different ❤️

This client was referred to me by the very first buyer I helped purchase a home last year, making this such a special full-circle moment.

Not only did she find a home she loved in East Atlanta, but it also appraised for nearly $100,000 over the contract price 😱 What an incredible way to start homeownership with instant equity from day one!

Moments like these remind me why I love what I do. There’s no greater compliment than having past clients trust me enough to refer their friends and family.
