Some transactions just hit a little different ❤️

This client was referred to me by the very first buyer I helped purchase a home last year, making this such a special full-circle moment.

Not only did she find a home she loved in East Atlanta, but it also appraised for nearly $100,000 over the contract price 😱 What an incredible way to start homeownership with instant equity from day one!

Second time’s the charm ✨
My amazing clients closed on their beautiful new construction home and they’re newly engaged 🤩🎉

Although the first deal fell through due to the fault of the Sellers, it was for the best and we really dodged a bullet. But they trusted the process, and it led them exactly where they were meant to be. So happy for this next chapter in their lives! 🤍

One year ago I took a leap of faith and made a big decision to switch into real estate.
