🏡 April market numbers are in for Bartow and Gordon counties.

The latest NWMAR Market Brief shows inventory continuing to grow across both markets, with active listings and new listings up year over year in Bartow and Gordon.

Bartow County saw 122 homes sold, 511 active listings and a median sales price of $334,000, while Gordon County recorded 50 homes sold, 225 active listings and a median sales price of $294,000.

NWMAR members, some members are gathering now in front of Cartersville Medical Center to pray for Holly Austin and the Austin family as Holly undergoes surgery today.

Great news!
