The Coffee Pot, a small Acworth coffee shop, has fallen under a blanket regulation to install a grease trap large enough for a high-volume restaurant at the cost of up to $30,000.
The owner of The Coffee Pot, my client, is going before the Cobb County Water System on Wednesday, September 16th to formally dispute this over-reaching requirement.
