Breaking News: 🚨
I have officially mastered... three REAL push-ups. 🤣
The first part? Those were “negotiation push-ups.”
The last three? Those were “Lord, please let me survive this” push-ups.
Progress isn’t always pretty.
Sometimes it’s sweaty.
Sometimes it’s ugly.
Sometimes it’s hilarious.
But I showed up.
Tomorrow, I’ll probably get four.
🥊 One round at a time.

I’ve been thinking about something... just reflecting on conversations I’ve had with my son and watching him train.
A boxing round is only three minutes.
No boxer wins by thinking about all twelve rounds at once.
They focus on the one they’re in.
I wonder how much of our stress comes from trying to solve next month... next year... or our whole life... instead of the next three minutes.
Maybe courage isn’t thinking less about fear.
Maybe it’s narrowing your focus.
Just this round.

I came across this home and had to share it — the design is unreal.
Those soaring ceilings, the natural light pouring in, the earth-tone palette, the textures… everything about it feels calm, modern, and elevated.
This is the kind of space that reminds you what thoughtful design can do.
If you’re dreaming of a home with this kind of luxury and presence, I’d love to help you find the perfect one.
