This year’s conference explored how artificial intelligence is transforming industries across the board, from construction and permitting to infrastructure, and what that could mean for the future of our communities.

This summer we have featured each of our 14 Rooted in Georgia ambassadors for 2026, who are REALTORS® making extraordinary contributions to their communities. Today we are spotlighting our final ambassador, Susan Stopford of Fayetteville.

Susan is a member of the Fayette County Board of REALTORS (FCBOR) and an associate broker with Full House Realty. Last year alone, she contributed more than 100 volunteer hours and over $10,000 in financial and in-kind support to community organizations—demonstrating her deep commitment to service and the REALTOR® community.

Susan has consistently volunteered with REALTORS® Caring for Fayette and previously held leadership roles within the Fayette Women’s Council of REALTORS®. In 2025, she received the FCBOR Good Neighbor Award in recognition of her service, including supporting veterans through the Calvin Center Therapeutic Riding Program in Hampton, producing videos that champion students with special needs at ClearWater Academy in Tyrone, and volunteering with the Medical Reserve Corps of West Georgia.

The future of commercial real estate is looking bright! The Atlanta Commercial Board - ACBR recently brought together about 75 interns for an "End of Summer Intern Social" at Yard House Atlantic Station, giving these rising professionals a chance to connect, celebrate, and build relationships with industry leaders.

ACBR shared how impressed they were by the professionalism, poise, and enthusiasm of this incredible group of interns. It’s clear these interns are making the most of their opportunities and are already bringing fresh energy to the industry. We can’t wait to see these future REALTORS® do amazing things!
