🏡 WE’RE EXPANDING OUR RENTAL DEPARTMENT!

Natalie Cousins & Associates is seeking a "Licensed Rental Client Specialist" to join NCA Real Estate.

We are looking for a responsive, organized, and accountable Georgia real estate agent who will take ownership of the client experience—from the initial inquiry through a successful lease.

In this role, you will:

🔑 Respond to and manage incoming rental inquiries
🔑 Pre-screen and qualify prospective tenants
🔑 Conduct rental consultations and property tours
🔑 Assist clients with NCA and MLS rental listings
🔑 Maintain consistent communication and follow-up
🔑 Build relationships with renters who may become future homebuyers

This is not simply a door-opening role. We want an agent who knows how to listen, advise, follow through, and create long-term client relationships.

The selected agent must have consistent weekday availability, along with availability for scheduled afternoon, evening, and weekend property tours.

Requirements:

✔ Active Georgia real estate license
✔ Willing to affiliate with NCA Real Estate
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Strong communication and follow-up skills
✔ Professional, coachable, accountable, and client-focused
