What started as a simple neighborly connection with Vishal has grown into something I’ll always cherish—built on implicit trust, vision, and consistency over time. Together, we’ve built a portfolio of 6 rental homes, 2 personal homes, and now… the final chapter (for now): a commercial space to anchor his business working on high-end cars.
I’ll never forget the end of 2022 when Vishal said, “I want to own the space for my business.” He gave me 4 years to find it—working around his current lease, knowing it would be a needle in a haystack.
We found it in 48 hours.
A former Mavis building with a triple net lease in place—covering expenses while he brought his vision to life. A true win on paper… but even more incredible in reality.
Today, that once crumbling building is a work of art—just like the craftsmanship Vishal brings to every car he touches.
And recently, I had the honor of gifting him something special: a hand-drawn piece capturing the moment he first walked that space years ago… when it was nothing but potential. I remember standing there, sneaking this picture of him, feeling the creativity he was already building in his mind.
Now? It’s that vision—and more.
