Hello and thank you for taking the time to stop by and check out my page about Atlanta`s real estate industry and real estate market; current news about our beloved city that is constantly changing, and some posts about my passions and interests. My name is Desislava Tonkova and I go by Sophia. I recently joined the Realtors community with Square Properties. This is a natural transition

for me since I have worked in the real estate industry in different capacities- as a part-time home stager, as a trainee for a nationwide direct mortgage lender, as an assistant property manager for an 284 unit apartment complex in Midtown. I was never fond of the regular office jobs that my Finance degree from Kennesaw State University provided, nor the fact that most of the jobs that were not 9-5 didnt require the use of my Finance degree. I also wanted to work in an environment where I did not have to climb a corporate ladder to seek approval if something “out of the box’ had to be done to assist my clients in accomplishing their goals. So today I am happy to say that in this ever changing market, I am afforded the opportunity of flexibility and to make swift decisions to accommodate my clients while utilizing my Finance degree and previous work experience. I don’t “push” my clients to do anything. You are either interested in moving forward with a real estate transaction or you’re not, and I respect that.
