On Monday, Aug 3 around 12:30 pm in the afternoon this individual was trespassing on properties located in the 1200 block of Fayetteville RD SE, Atlanta 30316 (near Bouldercrest Rd)

The individual attempted to steal items from in front of one home, and then came to a home on the same street, took pictures of the home and walked to the back of the property.

He was wearing a black Nike t-shirt, black shorts, and black shoes that appear to be adidas Yeezy Foam. His hair was wrapped with a grey cloth. The vehicle appears to be a black Chevrolet Trax. The individual was also smoking on the property.

I enjoy traveling all over the world. I took this photo more than 14 years ago on a visit to Santa Monica, California before I ever thought of moving to Los Angeles. At the time, I was there for what was then the annual FICWFM ( Fellowship of Inner-City Word of Faith Ministries), founded by Dr. Frederick K.C. Price. Those were good times. I cherish my faith community. I’m living in Atlanta now and that never was a goal of mine,though I’m excited about my assignment and for what the future holds here or wherever God takes me. 📊 The 2026 market is not the same market we experienced during the height of the pandemic.

For several years, sellers benefited from extremely limited inventory, intense buyer competition, and rapid appreciation. Many homes received multiple offers within days, sometimes with very little negotiation.

Today's market looks different.
