Vyvid Homes is a corporate housing and short term rental company located in Atlanta, GA. We accommodate our guests/clients from 1-30 days and provide upscale amenities and home essentials.
We are looking for new and established housekeeping companies. If you need a stable client with tons of work to help build your business, please apply. Currently, we need 40-50 cleanings per week across 10-12 properties, all located in Buckhead, Midtown, and Downtown. More details will be provided after applying.
Requirements Include:
High School Diploma
Must have 3+ years housecleaning experience
Full-Time Hours 9 am-5 pm Monday - Friday.
Part-Time Hours 9 am-5 pm Saturday - Sunday with the option of 1-2 more days during the week.
Extra hours and Fill-in shifts are available
Must have reliable transportation. (Tardiness and missed shifts are on a three-strike system).
Duties Include:
Stock Management i.e., linens, towels, bathroom essentials, kitchenware, and ingredients.
Straighten, clean, and restock bathrooms.
Remove trash, trash cans, and debris to the trash room.
Wipe down dust fixtures, surfaces, and baseboards.
Wipe fingerprints and smudges off doors and doorframes
Sweep, vacuum, mop, or buff all flooring.
Deep clean problem areas in each home.
Clean cabinets/drawers
Clean microwave
Clean garbage cans, recycling bins, and wastebaskets
Empty and clean refrigerator/freezer
Clean blinds
Spot clean stained furniture and carpet.
Inspect and maintain all lighting fixtures, wash baseboards, and clean under furniture.
(COVID-19) Sanitized toilets, sinks, showers, kitchen surfaces, and dense touch areas.
Wash dishes and glassware via dishwasher.
Care for furniture throughout the home by spot-cleaning stains, addressing dings, and vacuuming thoroughly.
Laundry bedding and military stage beds for clients with our signature presentation.
*There is a mandatory check-list and inventory sheet to follow daily.
*Cleaning materials can be provided if needed.
