Where I’d buy in Metro Atlanta based on my budget… From $500K and under to $2M+, these are the neighborhoods I’d personally have on my list and why.

Obviously there’s no one “best” place to buy in Atlanta. A lot of it comes down to what you value most: walkability, more space, a great lot, proximity to the city, or a little land + privacy.

Some of these are obvious picks, some I think are still being overlooked, and a few might surprise you.

Save this if an Atlanta move is somewhere in your future + send it to the friend who is always on Zillow.

Kinda chic to have a Realtor who gets it. And by “gets it,” I mean someone who understands that finding the right house is only part of the job.

It’s knowing the difference between a house you love and a good buy. Knowing the comps, the street, what’s worth worrying about and what isn’t, when there’s more room to negotiate, and when it’s time to stop negotiating and just get the house.

I have opinions. I have a guy for basically everything. And I will absolutely tell you not to buy a house if I don’t think you should.

I take the job very seriously. Myself, considerably less so. Kinda chic if you ask me!

Buying a house in Atlanta is a little more nuanced than finding something cute on Zillow and scheduling a showing.

After helping a LOT of buyers navigate this market, these are the things I find myself saying over and over again.

Look beyond the pretty renovation. Pay attention to the things you can’t change. Don’t let an inspection report send you into a spiral. And for the love of Atlanta real estate, LOOK AT THE LOT.

The goal isn’t finding a perfect house. It’s knowing what matters, what doesn’t + where you’re willing to compromise.

Save this one for your home search and send it to the friend who is currently spending entirely too much time on Zillow (and probably needs to just call me!)

We all know the usual suspects, but some of Atlanta’s best neighborhoods are the ones that don’t always make it into the home search on day one!

Sometimes moving your search literally a few streets over can mean more house, more yard, more character, or just finding a neighborhood you didn’t even know you should be looking in.

Consider this your reminder to zoom out on the map every once in a while.

Busy week in Atlanta real estate! Feeling extra thankful for clients who trust me to help them through some really big milestones.

UNDER CONTRACT | These buyers are officially under contract on a fantastic home in Roswell! Such a good fit for them and the landscaping is to die for!

SOLD | These sweet clients officially closed on their first home together in Smyrna! They got an incredible deal on a meticulously maintained home in King Springs Elementary, and I already know they’re going to make it so special.

SOLD | Full-price closing for my Smyrna condo seller! The condo market has definitely had its challenges lately, so getting a full-price offer the first weekend on market was a huge win. So excited for the buyer who was eager to call this place home.
