Slowly rolling out bunkie boards to all units. Guests come in all sorts of shapes and sizes, and not everyone is made to sleep on a mattress/box spring set with 3 rails underneath. You can get bunkie boards for about $50... but I like this one because it's light and easy to carry (as opposed to the flat boards).

Tenant: Sometimes I smell mildew in the laundry room.
Me: Let’s take a look in the laundry room.

Turns out if you don’t tighten the hoses to your washer AND don’t vent the dryer with the provided vent hose... you will in fact smell mildew.

October 2020 and I STILL hate peoples.
