Our main investing roots are in the Chattanooga, Tennessee metro area and Northwest Georgia. We also invest within the metro Atlanta area and surrounding counties, and throughout the Southeast.
Currently my main areas of focus are:

We are primarily looking for properties that are off market, and you must be direct to the seller. Properties will be verified and compared to comps. I can provide Proof of Funds and a Letter of Intent if I'm interested in the property.
