Huge congratulations to the parents of one of my best friends, Chris, on their new home!

The goal was to get them closer to family, and we found a great spot within a 20-minute drive of both separate homes of their grandkids. I am so happy we could make that happen for them.

There is nothing better than helping friends get settled into a new season of life that brings them closer to the people they love most. Congratulations again, and I’m excited for all the time you'll get to spend with the grandkids!

Congratulations to my friend Jim on the sale of his beautiful home in Milltown Lofts!

This loft is right in the heart of Reynoldstown and sits directly on the Atlanta Beltline. It is a fantastic location with easy access to favorites like Muchacho and Krog Street Market.

Jim was the ultimate partner throughout the process. We knew this home was special, from the 10-foot ceilings and natural light to the covered patio that looks out over the Beltline. It was a pleasure helping him find the right buyer who will enjoy this spot as much as he did.

Congratulations to Austin and Jacob on their new home in Dunwoody!

Married last year and now expecting, this home spoke to both Austin and Jacob the moment they saw it with its awesome backyard, great vibe, and location on a peaceful street.

Jacob was flying for work (pilot life) during our final walkthrough, so Austin grabbed this fun photo solo while thinking of him in the moment.

Grateful to know fun, awesome people and for good timing, and can’t wait to see you start this beautiful new season together as a family. Congratulations and excited for what’s next!

Huge congratulations to Sebastian and Nhi on their new townhome in downtown Norcross!

They were referred to me by a past client I helped buy a home. We started with a buyer consult and really dug into what they wanted day-to-day, not just “beds and baths,” but the kind of location and lifestyle that would actually fit their season.

We found an amazing townhome close to their jobs, right in the middle of everything Norcross and Peachtree Corners have to offer, and built by Hedgewood Homes, one of my favorite builders. Their communities always feel intentional, tasteful, and full of character.

Sebastian and Nhi just welcomed a baby, and they were able to get settled in time for their first holiday season as a family. 🙂
