Congratulations to my client and her son on purchasing their new home! This was more than just a transaction—it’s about legacy and wealth building.

Big shoutout to her lender for working tirelessly to get us across the finish line with a 100% Conventional Loan. Some nights we were burning the midnight oil to make sure everything came together.

At one point, we joked my client would have to give her last-born child 😅, but she was a solid buyer who stayed on top of every document and deadline. Remember, when buying a home, time is of the essence.

At the 9th hour, the processor flagged the tax transcripts and requested proof of the payment plan. It was the Thursday before closing, and we weren’t sure if we’d make it on time. Thankfully, the lender quickly secured the needed IRS documents, my client provided bank statements, and the underwriter even worked on Sunday to clear the file.
Although closing had to be moved later in the day (and I couldn’t attend in person), one of my amazing colleagues stepped in for me. I made my way over right after my appointment with gifts in hand to celebrate with my clients at their new home. ❤️
