Decatur’s Q2 2026 market is showing stronger buyer activity without an increase in available inventory.

Homes sold increased 5.8% year over year, while inventory remained flat. At the same time, median days on market dropped from 7 days to just 5, with months of supply holding steady at 3.1.

The takeaway? Homes are moving faster, demand remains strong, and sellers continue to hold the advantage.

For advisors, this reinforces the value of strong pricing, positioning, and preparation in a market where well-presented homes can move quickly.

Roswell and Milton’s Q2 2026 luxury market is showing healthy momentum.

In the $1.5M–$2.5M range, homes sold increased 26.7% year over year, outpacing the 22.7% increase in inventory. Median days on market rose slightly to 12 days, while months of supply remained relatively steady at 4.3.

The takeaway? Buyers are still active, inventory is growing, and sellers continue to hold an advantage.

For advisors, that means opportunity is there, but strong pricing, positioning, and presentation still matter in a more competitive luxury market.
