And we're on our way to the closing table again. I am so proud of this young family! First, I am honored to serve two veterans who are first-time homebuyers. THANK YOU for your service. I am also most impressed with their preparedness and discipline. These two didn't fall prey to 'Shiny Object Syndrome' (they very well could have) and stuck to their guns. They knew what they wanted and in a week's time searching we found the perfect one!

We're headed to the closing table again! This amazing ranch home is immaculately designed. You don't find many one-level homes these days outside of a 55+ community and you guessed it, that's what this is. Don't let the front of these homes fool you, they provide a great amount of livable space, it surprised me. This home comes with a nice covered patio, very large primary suite, an amazing kitchen with separate eat-in space and a separate dining room. All the perks and amenities that make living easy!

This has been a very quick ride for this client and her brand new home will be done with construction in about 3 months!

I love to celebrate my clients! What a day for this young couple! They were able to sell their home and purchase their next home and close all on the same day! We had 4, count 'em, FOUR offers on their home. They were patient, held strong, and even with compromises, they were able to get exactly what they wanted at the closing table. They're also walking into their new home with equity, and that will become an income-producing property in a few years!! The renovation job on this new home was MAGNIFICENT, better than new construction. And, it got to them to the city, where they wanted to live!

Congratulate my repeat client on our 2nd and 3rd deals together. Also thank you to one of my BEST lender partners, S. Nicole Dash -Loan Officer NMLS- 1486063, who is also his trusted lending partner, second time at the table for them.

This was recorded early this year, but the timing never felt right for release. But after our year-end team meeting yesterday, the words couldn't ring more true. Yesterday, we came together to fellowship, meditation, even try some yoga, and continue our business planning for 2023. But our time together turned into an encouragement session, and we discussed how we could serve each other more in 2023!

This past year was a doozy in the real estate industry, but also for each of us personally. We each experienced a set of trials that tested our individual limits. There were so many lessons that we learned. Many came with a great deal of pain, and some came with joy. But what the Home Collective is not going to do is waiver in our resolve and commitment to YOU. We ended yesterday, so refreshed and ready for what's next.

In 2023, we will prioritize the 3 tips shared in this video. However, our SELF-CARE and PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT sits above everything, even real estate. If we are not at our best for ourselves, then we can not serve YOU best.

I am so grateful for the opportunity to serve the agents on my team and my amazing clients. THANK YOU for walking this path with me! THANK YOU for enduring with me this year. THANK YOU for extending grace when I didn't live up to expectations and loving me through.
