Research day in Avondale Estates ☕

Before a listing goes live, I like to experience the neighborhood the way a buyer would. Today that meant coffee at Banjo Coffee, a local favorite on North Avondale Road, where I had a salted caramel latte and my cousin had a cold brew with a shot.

What stood out: Avondale Estates is walkable, full of local shops and eateries, and has real personality. A USA Today poll even named it the best small-town b**r scene in America.
