What an incredible way to kick off the conference.

Today, we had the privilege of hearing from historian and Pulitzer Prize winning author Doris Kearns Goodwin. Her message was a powerful reminder that leadership is not about titles. It’s about character, resilience, relationships, and the ability to bring people together around a common purpose.

As REALTORS®, we are navigating a time of change in our industry. Hearing stories of leaders who faced uncertainty, adversity, and transformation reminded me that our greatest opportunities often emerge during challenging times.

One of my biggest takeaways:
Great leaders don’t simply react to history. They help shape it.

This conversation is about more than development. It’s about the future of our communities.
