After 971 days of searching, my cousin closed on her first home. We've experienced everything from being under contract with lower interest rates, scary inspection reports, winning in bidding wars, and so much more. She literally saw the market shift during her home search, but she remained positive and hopeful that she would find the perfect place to call her home.

Every real estate transaction is different. Some come with ease, and others we have multiple hurdles to cross. But no matter the circumstances, seeing the excitement and smile at the closing table makes it all worth it. This is why I do real estate.
