Two country gals met in the parking lot of their former employer. They shared tons of laughter, tears, trips, and Golden Girls reruns!! 🤷🏾‍♀️

Fast forward to 2018-She leaves this employer to embark on her new journey, started a jewelry line while raising two boys and sending regular care packages to her daughter in college, while supporting the other as they studied to become a real estate agent.

I am soooooo happy that my buyer finally closed on her three level town home in Smyrna! Exactly where she wanted to be and the tri-level unit she wanted! And, I got flowers! 😢🌺😳❤️
My buyer really appreciated me, but I appreciated her the most! No, this wasn’t the prettiest purchase, however she came out with $3000 from the seller and another $3000 from my super amazing lender .mccorkle.mortgages !!
Even in this strong selling season, she sure did walk away with a check at closing! 🤑😉

Seller and buyer both were happy and you know I’m happy when we all win!!
