We're proud to share the successful sale of 5000 Highlands Parkway, a 154,000 SF shallow-bay industrial property in Smyrna, Georgia.

Another full circle transaction for our team. We originally sourced and sold the property off market to Berkeley Partners, then worked alongside their team to execute the business plan, leasing the property to 100% occupancy before representing them in the successful disposition.

We're incredibly grateful to Berkeley for trusting us throughout the entire lifecycle of this investment, from acquisition to stabilization to sale. Thank you for the opportunity to be part of the journey and for your continued partnership.

We'd also like to thank LM Real Estate Partners for being a fantastic buyer. We're proud to be retaining leasing on the asset going forward, and we're excited to see what's next for the property under their ownership.

We're proud to share the sale of Atlanta Business Park, a 659,000 SF light industrial portfolio spanning five parks, eleven buildings, and seventy tenants in the Norcross submarket of Northeast Atlanta.

This one truly came full circle for us. We originally sold the portfolio off market to Onward Investors and Prospect Ridge in December of 2021, then worked daily alongside their teams to execute the business plan: converting the portfolio from heavy-office finish flex product to true light industrial, institutionalizing the rent roll, driving significant NOI, and leasing up to general vacancy.

Thank you to Onward Investors and Prospect Ridge for trusting us with the full arc of this deal, and to Arden Logistics Parks for being a wonderful purchaser. We're incredibly excited to stay in the leasing seat with Arden and help carry the business plan to its next step.

Real credit to Camp, who ran point from the initial acquisition through lease-up and this sale, and who will keep leading leasing for the portfolio going forward.
