This was just Closed and Funded by Aaron Edwards with Barrett Financial when the bank had denied my Client two weeks prior to Closing. Aaron did an outstanding job of pulling it together not only promptly so we could stay within the perimeters of the Closing date but, as always, very efficient, communicative with my client and myself on a daily sometimes hourly basis, and all with a friendly and kind demeanor through the whole stressful process!
