Pay attention as we get closer to the election and watch what happens towards the end of December. The market has been beyond fascinating to watch this year. ATTN BUYERS, it's your season for the next 14-15 weeks... after that, get ready for bidding wars! What does this update say... a fair amount of new properties are hitting the market, A LOT of properties are going under contract and there's still a wave of price decreases. This past summer things came to a screeching halt... its the first time I've seen a profound impact on the market based off an election year.
